  •  Check In is 3:00pm; Check Out is 11:00am
  •  We charge $25 per extra person. $10 for children 12 and under.
  • Smoking only permitted outdoors.
  • We accept small dogs in our Cottages ONLY. We require a $50 non-refundable pet deposit. 
  • Children are welcome ONLY by advance arrangement.
  • Food restrictions should be communicated prior to your arrival.   
  • We are environmentally conscious, so please let us know if your towels need replaced everyday.
  • If you leave anything behind, and need an item mailed to you, you must contact us with your information. You are responsible for shipping costs. For privacy reasons we cannot contact you for items left behind.

  • We accept cash, credit cards, checks and gift cards only. 
  • Credit Card is required to hold reservation at time of booking.
  • A 10 day notice is required for cancellations, or the full amount is charged.
  • Group reservations paid in full, prior to arrival.
  • 30 days cancellation notice for groups.
